Nature of This Website

This website is a product catalogue and quotation tool. It is not an online payment platform. Submitting an order request does not create a binding contract of sale; it is an invitation for our sales team to contact you with a quotation.

Pricing

Prices shown are indicative, exclude VAT and delivery, and may change without notice. The price quoted to you in writing by our sales team is the price that applies.

Availability

Stock status shown on this site is updated regularly but is not guaranteed. Availability is confirmed when we respond to your order request.

Orders

Each order request receives a unique reference number in the format SOL-YYYY-NNNNNN. Please quote this number in all correspondence. Order requests are typically answered within one business day.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on each product page. Warranty claims are handled by us on your behalf. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or acts of nature.

Returns

Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Custom-configured items and cut cable are non-returnable.

Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from installation carried out by third parties, or from system designs not specified by us.
